Information used
We store your name, email address, securely hashed authentication credentials, session records, private watchlist, business profile and operational records needed to run the service. Do not put sensitive identification numbers in preparation notes or your profile.
Purpose
Account data enables sign-in and recovery. Watchlists and profiles support tracking and relevance suggestions. Subscription references and payment status control plan access. Operational logs support reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Service providers
The hosting provider processes application data. For manual payments, TenderWatch stores the selected payment channel, transaction reference, private receipt link and review status. An email provider processes your address and email content when account recovery or opted-in alerts are sent. For opted-in Pro WhatsApp reminders, the messaging service processes your phone number and message content to deliver the reminder.
Privacy and choices
Your watchlist and profile are not published in public tender search. We do not sell your personal data. Essential session cookies maintain login. You can edit your profile and watchlist within your account access, and contact support to request account correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed for identity, outstanding transactions and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Retention and security
We keep data needed to provide your account and maintain payment and security records. Backups may retain earlier copies after changes or deletion, subject to the operational retention process. No service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected unauthorized access to support.
