Contact us about account access, tender information, billing or a refund. Include the relevant tender link or payment reference, but never send passwords or complete card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and resolve or provide a progress update within ten business days.
Digital service delivery
TenderWatch is an online service. An account is available after successful registration; paid tracking access is enabled after a local transfer is verified. There is no physical shipping.
